Purchases happen in the WeddyGo app for iPhone and Android. Unlock on either phone and it applies to your wedding, for both of you.
About the photo album
Guests upload from a week before until two weeks after the wedding. You can download everything for 30 days afterwards, and the gallery stays viewable until day 60 — then the photos are deleted. We remind you by email and push before each deadline. WeddyGo is not a photo backup: download your photos and keep your own copy.
Questions couples ask
Is it a subscription?
No. It is a single payment for one wedding. Nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel.
Do we both have to pay?
No. Pro applies to the wedding, not to an account, so one purchase covers both partners. Whoever pays first unlocks it for the two of you.
Does Pro mean you keep our photos forever?
No, and we would rather say so plainly. Pro is a one-time purchase for the planning features. Photo storage is time-limited — see the album section above.
What if we cancel the wedding?
Refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their own policies. Write to us and we will help you make the request.
